  • potatoes, bread, rice, pasta, and other starchy foods.
  • dairy and alternatives.
  • beans, pulses, fish, eggs, and other proteins.
  • oils and spreads.

How do you provide food for old age homes?

You can also help them by giving some donations in your capacity. There are many poor elders who go to bed with an empty stomach daily because of poverty or old age problems etc… We tend to help them by filling their stomachs by providing them with nutritious meals daily.
